Predicting Seasonal Weather

The National Science Foundation has prepared a Special Report on “Predicting Seasonal Weather“.
Large-scale weather patterns play a large role in controlling seasonal weather. Knowing the conditions of these atmospheric oscillations in advance would greatly improve long-range weather predictions.

Yes, i always thought like this. Most of the people say “no, the weather has always been like this”, but the changing is to fast and the weather as it is to extreme!

Yeah, we can see it. Even in India winters are too late with usual time and this time winters are more colder than ever.
